On most factory floors, the only source of truth is a whiteboard and whoever last walked past it. Jobs go quiet between stations, managers burn hours chasing status, and a delay is only discovered when the customer phones asking where their order is.
What we built
ScanPath puts a QR code on every job card. Each station scans work in and out as it moves — and the whole floor appears live on a dashboard: what's where, what's stuck, what got done today. It sets up in minutes and runs on the phones and scanners a factory already owns.
